TO PROVIDE FINANCING TO SMALL BUSINESSES FOR THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT THROUGHOUT OHIO. CCD PRIMARILY SERVES MONTGOMERY, GREENE, MIAMI, CLARK, SHELBY, DARKE, CHAMPAIGN, PREBLE, WARREN AND BUTLER COUNTIES. CCD ALSO SERVES SIX COUNTIES IN INDIANA: WAYNE, RANDOLPH, JAY, UNION, FAYETTE AND FRANKLIN. CCD'S GOAL IS TO CREATE AND RETAIN JOBS IN THESE SERVICE AREAS.
