PROMOTING, ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING THE SUSTAINABILITY AND GROWTH OF CASA PROGRAMS IN NEW JERSEY. CASA PROGRAMS PROMOTE THE PROTECTION OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN BY USING TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR THESE CHILDREN IN COURTS WITH PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE CHILD'S SAFETY, WELL-BEING AND PERMANENCY.
