THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO ADMINISTER AND COORDINATE HEALTH SERVICES, PROMOTE GENERAL HEALTH OF PERSONS OF THE COMMUNITY SERVED, AND DEVELOP CONTRACTS AND STRATEGIES TO PROVIDE MANAGED CARE AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SERVICES FOR LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE FACILITIES WITHIN THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
