The entity is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the furtherance of the charitable purposes of Child Protective Services Community Partners, Inc (CPD). The organization will facilitate the development of property for the use as a facility that includes dedicated office space for CPD, a rainbow room for CPD and space for caseworkers.
