THE FOUNDATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO IMPROVE CROWLEY COUNTY, COLORADO AS A PLACE TO LIVE, WORK AND LEARN. IT IS TO BENEFIT THE PEOPLE OF CROWLEY COUNTY IN SUCH WAYS AND BY SUCH MEANS AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
