THE PHYSICIAN HEALTH AND EDUCATION FUND IS ORGANZIED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE FUND ENGAGES IN ACTIVITIES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO EDUCATE PHYSICIANS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND PROMOTE PHYSICIANS' HEALTH AND HEALTH IN GENERAL.
