THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE FORMED TO SUPPORT AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF THE CUNY GRADUATE SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH POLICY BY RAISING FUNDS AND MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS TO THE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH POLICY.
