THE COMPANY WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OHIO BY CONSTRUCTING, ACQUIRING, EQUIPPING, FURNISHING, OWNING, OPERATING, AND MAINTAINING REASONABLY PRICED RENTAL HOUSING TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY.
