THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS COPORATION IS TO FURTHER THE COMMON WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE CUYAMA VALLEY BY PROVIDING RECREATION, EDUCATION AND PUBLIC AWARENESS OPPORTUNITIES TO THE FAMILIES AND YOUTH OF THE VALLEY AND RESOURCES FOR HEALTH AND NUTRITION.
