THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO RECIEVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROMOTING HEALTH AND FITNESS THROUGH JOGGING AND RUNNING AND PROMOTING AND ADVANCING THE SPORT OF RUNNING THROUGH THE SPONSORSHIP OF RUNNING RACES AND EVENTS TO BE OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE CORPORATION AND TO NON-MEMBERS AND THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF JOGGING AND RUNNING FACILTIES, TRAILS AND PATHS IN THE DALLAS, TEXAS METROPOLITAN COMMUNITY.
