PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A TRANSITIONAL HOME/FACILITY TO ASSIST THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME OR HAVE BEEN ADDICTED TO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. ALSO, RENDERING ASSISTANCE TO THOSE PERSONS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AS TO THE HAZARDS OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL.
