STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS, CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS AND MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND/OR ENTRANCE INTO A HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAM IN WHICH THEY NEED TO PURSUE LIFE'S GOALS.
