Mission
Our exempt purpose is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for persons of low income in DeKalb County, IL, through the purchase, construction, management, operation, rental or sale of housing units. The organization owns and operates three apartment buildings, two 6-unit and one 26-unit, serving homeless persons with disabilities.
