THE OBJECT OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE DEATH BENEFITS FOR BENEFICIARIES OF DECEASED MEMBERS UPON THE MUTUAL ASSESSMENT PLAN AS AUTHORIZED BY STATUTE AND BY THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
