THE PURPOSE OF THE DIMMIT COUNTY JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW ASSOCIATION INC IS CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC. THE ASSOCIATION SHALL INSTRUCT THE PUBLIC ON AGRICULTURAL MATTERS BY CONDUCTING ANNUAL PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND EXHIBITS OF LIVESTOCK IN CONNECTION WITH THE ANNUAL LIVESTOCK SHOW.
