THE RENOVATION OF THE ACUTE TREATMENT FACILITY INCLUDES RENOVATIONS TO ALL OF THE INPATIENT ROOMS, RESTROOMS, AND SUPPORT SPACES INCLUDING CONFERENCE ROOMS AND STAFF OFFICES. THESE RENOVATIONS INCLUDE NEW FINISHES INCLUDING PAINT, FLOORING, AND CEILINGS; AND NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES, LIGHTING FIXTURES, AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS. THERE WILL ALSO BE STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS AND NEW WINDOWS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE BUILDING.
