THESE RENOVATIONS INCLUDE NEW FINISHES INCLUDING PAINT, FLOORING, AND CEILINGS; AND NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES, LIGHTING FIXTURES, AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS. THERE WILL ALSO BE STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS AND NEW WINDOWS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE BUILDING.
