COUNCILS EXIST TO SERVE ALL THE CONFERENCES THEY COORDINATE. WE HELP THE CONFERENCES TO DEVELOP THEIR SPIRITUAL LIFE, TO INTENSIFY THEIR SERVICE AND TO DIVERSIFY THEIR ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEY MAY ALWAYS BE RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO SUFFER.
