TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSE THE CORPORATION SHALL PROMOTE SKI EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND SHALL HOLD COMPETITIVE SKI MEETS. THE PROCEEDS OF DONATIONS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE DONATED TO VARIOUS SKI-RELATED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
