Restoring hearts, transforming minds and launching lives of power and purpose. Providing workshops in a safe and comfortable environment to help teenagers, young adults and adults with coping skills, stress management and resiliency skills. Helping individuals to identify their purpose and plan for purposeful living. Equipping individuals to coach others.
