IN ADDITION, THIS CORPORATION HAS BEEN FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING ALL THINGS INCIDENTAL TO, OR APPROPRIATE IN, THE FOREGOING SPECIFIC AND PRIMARY PURPOSES.
