FUNDS ARE INVESTED AND INCOME IS DISBURSED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS OF ALL AGES. THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY INTENTION IS TO PROVIDE PERMANENT FUNDING FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR DOVER'S YOUTH.
