TO PROVIDE 100 LOW COST HOUSING UNITS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS UNDER SEC 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. ADDITIONALLY, THE FACILITY PARTICIPATES IN HUDS CONGREGATE HOUSING SERVICE PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SERVICES SUCH AS: MEALS, PERSONAL ASSISTANCE, AND HOUSEKEEPING TO RESIDENTS.
