TO PROMOTE ART EDUCATION & HISTORIC PRESERVATION IN THE REGION THROUGH THE ACQUISITION & PRESERVATION OF SIGNIFICANT WORKS OF ART, THE DISPLAY OF THESE WORKS TO THE PUBLIC AND THE MAINTENANCE AND RESTORATION OF THE HISTORIC CLUBHOUSE FACADE, & TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OPERATED BY A LOCAL PUBLIC CHARITY.
