THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE GAME OF GOLF AS WELL AS TO OPERATE AS A SOCIAL CLUB WHICH WILL PROVIDE BENEFITS TO MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
