BEYOND THESE EMERGENCY NEEDS, DIRECT SUPPORT TO PERSECUTED BENEFICIARIES WAS PROVIDED IN VARIOUS FORMS, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL LIVING EXPENSES, NEEDED MEDICINES, TRAUMA COUNSELING, ACCESS TO SCHOOL (ENABLING DISPLACED CHILDREN TO COMPLETE THEIR EDUCATION), AND ASSISTING PERSECUTED INDIVIDUALS IN FINDING NEW JOBS AND STARTING NEW BUSINESSES TO FOSTER INDEPENDENCE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO SUPPORT THE SANAD CENTER IN QARAQOSH, NORTHERN IRAQ, WHICH HAD BEEN DEVASTATED BY ISIS WHO DESTROYED HOMES, BUSINESSES, AND INFRASTRUCTURE.
