Mission
COORDINATING BODY FOR VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND AGENCIES WHICH PROVIDE SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN NEWTON COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A FORUM FOR THE RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS WHICH FORM BARRIERS TO MEANINGFUL AND EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND SERVES AS A VEHICLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL PURSUIT OF FUNDING FOR IMPROVED AND EXPANDED SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AND TO ALLOW FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE INTERACTION WITH STATE PLANNING BODIES.
