DBA VAIL HEALTH HOSPITAL, LOCATED IN VAIL, COLORADO, AND VALLEY VIEW HOSPITAL, LOCATED IN GLENWOOD SPRINGS, COLORADO, TO ORGANIZE AND/OR INVEST IN ENTITIES THAT OWN OR OPERATE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES IN AND AROUND EAGLE, COLORADO.
