EAGLE IMPACT RUGBY ACADEMY, INC. (THE "ACADEMY") WAS FORMED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF RUGBY IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVELS FOR BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS. EAGLE IMPACT RUGBY ACADEMY SHALL OPERATE AS A QUALIFIED AMATEUR ATHLETIC ORGANIZATION EXCLUSIVELY TO FOSTER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR RUGBY COMPETITION ON THE LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVELS; SHALL IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP THE HIGHEST LEVEL RUGBY PLAYERS BY PROVIDING THE FINEST LEVEL OF COACHING AVAILABLE IN THE NATION WITHOUT REGARD TO SEX, RACE, CREED, RELIGION, COLOR, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN; SHALL ENCOURAGE COMPLIANCE TO THE LAWS OF RUGBY FOOTBALL AS PUT FORTH BY THE INTERNATIONAL RUGBY BOARD; AND SHALL PROMOTE AND DEVELOP RUGBY IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, CAMPS, COMPETITIONS, AND TRAININGS WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
