THE LIBRARY'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FREE ACCESS TO INFORMATION, EDUCATION, TECHNOLOGY, SERVICES AND ENTERTAINMENT TO FACILITATE AN INFORMED SOCIETY. THE VISION OF THE LIBRARY IS TO BE HIGHLY VALUED COMMUNITY SOURCE OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND ENTERTAINMENT BY PROVIDING ACCESS THROUGH INNOVATIVE SERVICES USING STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY.
