IN ADDITION TO SERVING AS A LEVERAGED LENDER UNDER THE NMTC PROGRAM, THE SUPPORT CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE THE PROJECT'S EQUITY INVESTOR WITH A NUMBER OF ASSURANCES REGARDING THE PROJECT'S ELIGIBILITY FOR THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDITS.
