IN ADDITION, THIS CORPORATION SHALL PROVIDE COUNSEL AND GUIDANCE TO SUCH STUDENTS AS PART OF A BROAD PROGRAM TO ASSIST WITH THEIR ACADEMIC TRANSITIONS BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL.
