TO SUPPORT, BENEFIT AND CARRY OUT THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF AN AFFILIATED SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING, HEALTHCARE, AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES TO ELDERLY RESIDENTS THROUGH THE OPERATION OF SUBSIDIZED PROJECTS, A NURSING HOME FACILITY AND A PERSONAL CARE FACILITY.
