WE ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE PLAYERS TO SEEK THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PLAY FOR WHICH THEY ARE SUITED. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROMOTING EXCELLENCE IN OUR PLAYERS BOTH IN ABILITY AND IN THEIR LIVES.
