THE MISSION AND PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION, CARRIED OUT THROUGH ITS EPOCH DREAM CENTER AND SERVING THE PUBLIC INTEREST OF THE COMMUNITY, IS TO MENTOR, NURTURE, ENCOURAGE, AND EQUIP CHILDREN PRIMARILY THROUGH AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, IN THE AREA OF ACADEMICS, CHARACTER AND BEHAVIOR DEVELOPMENT, AND TO PROMOTE EMOTIONAL WELLNESS.
