THE ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1984 AS A 501(C)3 ORGANIZATION TO MAXIMIZE ACCESS TO AN EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATION THAT WILL IMPROVE LIVES AND STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY.
