Elle Foundation conducts two programs. The largest program titled Supportive Services For Veteran Families provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families. It's Basic Center and Outreach Program provides temporary shelter, counseling and referral services to run-a-way or otherwise homeless youth and their families.
