PROVIDE OUTREACH PROGRAMS, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES, AND FUNDING FOR SAILING EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND COMPETITION SO THAT YOUTH, AS WELL AS ADULTS, MAY LEARN THE LIFE SKILLS AND VALUES IMPORTANT IN BEING ACTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
