THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SERVICES THROUGH A PERSON CENTERED TRAINING SCHEME FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN ACHIEVING THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENT LIVING, TO ENABLE THEIR FULLEST PARTICIPATION TO SOCIETY AND TO PROMOTE THEIR ABILITY TO BE PRODUCTIVE CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS.
