TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR UNION MEMBERS AND ALL WORKERS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES WITHIN THEIR UNIONS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF ALL WORKERS AND THEIR UNIONS AND TO INCREASE MEMBERS' PARTICIPATION AND CONTROL OF THEIR UNIONS IN ORDER TO BUILD WORKER AND UNION POWER WHILE ALSO PRESERVING, PROTECTING AND PROMOTING DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES THROUGHOUT SOCIETY.
