THE ORGANIZATION EMPOWERS THOSE SERVED THROUGH EDUCATION AND LIFE SKILLS AND NURTURES LEADERSHIP WITHIN THEMSELVES AND ENCOURAGES THEM TO GIVE BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.
