A SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO BEAUTIFY THE BANKS OF THE CANAL OWNED BY THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO AND TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AS AN OPEN GREEN SPACE IN THE COMMUNITIES OF WILMETTE AND EVANSTON, ILLINOIS.
