THE CHARITY'S TRUST INSTRUMENT REQUIRES IT TO HOLD ITS CORPUS AS AN ENDOWMENT AND PAY OVER ITS NET INCOME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN, A STATE UNIVERSITY THAT IRS RECOGNIZES AS BEING DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) AND CLASSSIED AS A PUBLIC CHARITY IN SECTION 509(A)(1) FOR THE FURTHER PURPOSE TO SUPPORT UROLOGICAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION.
