THE FAIR HOUSING COUNCIL IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND ITS PURPOSE SHALL BE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL. MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE FAIR HOUSING SHALL PROMOTE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IN HOUSING FOR ALL PEOPLE.
