THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE FOR THE EDUCATION OF INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN THE GAME OF SOCCER, AND FOR ITS PROMOTION, AND ADMINISTRATION FOR PLAYERS UNDER NINETEEN YEARS OF AGE WITHIN THE FAIRBANKS AREA. ADDITIONAL NON-SOCCER SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES MAY ALSO BE OFFERED FROM TIME TO TIME.
