FAMILY PROMISE OF WARREN COUNTY (FPWC) IS AN INDEPENDENT, SELF-SUPPORTING PRIVATE NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) AGENCY THAT HAS SERVED HOMELESS AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS SINCE JULY 2008. OUR MISSION IS TO HELP HOUSEHOLDS ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE INDEPENDENCE THROUGH A COMPASSIONATE, COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSE TO HOMELESSNESS.FPWC PROVIDES A RANGE OF HOUSING STABILITY SERVICES INCLUDING HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION, RAPID REHOUSING, DIVERSION, OUTREACH, AND CASE MANAGEMENT. OUR STAFF WORKS CLOSELY WITH EACH HOUSEHOLD TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZED SUPPORT AND LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS THAT LEAD TO LASTING SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
