THE NON PROFIT WILL HIRE, EDUCATE AND TRAIN PERSONNEL IN BECOMING GAINFULLY EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS WHILE ADDING TO THE SOCIETY AS A WHOLE AS RESPONSIBLE TAX PAYING CITIZENS WHOM ARE INDEPENDENT FROM STATE WELFARE ROLLS
