Mission
(FMD) Transitional House is an outreach effort that is born from the Prison Outreach and Witnessing (POW) ministry of Central Baptist Church (CBC) Kingsport, TN and a partnership with other local prison and community outreach programs. Our mission is to reduce the recidivism of ex-offenders by providing much needed services and support to them and their families as they transition back into the community.
