OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR POST-REHABILITATIVE EXERCISE TO INDIVIDUALS RECOVERING FROM A LIFE CHANGING INJURY OR ILLNESS, AND TO RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUALS AT OUR ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENT NIGHT FOR THEIR COURAGE, DESIRE AND PERSEVERANCE.
