THE PURPOSE OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT CASA PROGRAM IS TO RECRUIT, SCREEN, TRAIN AND SUPERVISE COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE APPOINTED BY THE COURT TO SERVE AS GUARDIANS AD LITEM FOR CHILDREN FOUND TO BE UNDER THE PURVIEW OF THE IDAHO CHILD PROTECTIVE ACT.
