TO ENGAGE WITH THE RECREATIONAL FISHING AND MARINE INDUSTRY ON SCIENTIFIC ISSUES, 2) SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO UTILIZE SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION DERIVED FROM THE RECREATIONAL FISHING INDUSTRY, 3) WORK TO ADDRESS SCIENTIFIC CHALLENGES AND DEFICIENCIES WITH THE GOAL OF IMPROVING BOTH THE MANAGEMENT AND ASSESSMENT OF THE NATION'S MARINE FISHERIES.
